📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Prepare and present dishes to customers.,Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and/or international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.🛠️ Keahlian
