📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the distribution network and logistics operations.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes.,Develop and maintain distribution schedules and routes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
