As a Front of House Server, you'll be the first face guests see, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You'll work in high-end establishments across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, using tools like POS systems and reservation software to manage orders and tables efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
• Manage table service, including seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Use POS systems and reservation software to process orders and manage table reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
• Upsell menu items and recommend specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
