📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on immigration policies and procedures to multinational corporations.
• Assist clients with visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related documents.
• Manage end-to-end immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them informed of changes in immigration laws.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in immigration.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on immigration procedures.
• Contribute to the development of immigration strategies for high-profile clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration services, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international immigration laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with immigration software and tools, such as Vialto’s proprietary system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
