📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various maintenance systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors, contractors, and residents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management) is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is an advantage.
