📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons in accordance with the Confucius Institute curriculum.
• Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a high standard of education.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Promote the Yiqu Mandarin Course brand and represent the company at events and workshops.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Passion for cultural exchange and international education.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
