📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train production staff to maintain high standards.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product consistency.,Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in production management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of food production processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
