📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of a specific area, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction in the assigned area.,Coordinate with sales teams, distribution centers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of operations and sales performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
