PT Putra Raya is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by implementing effective service standards and training programs.,Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement operational procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.,Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
