Puskesmas Oka Bangunan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, providing excellent service to our patients and visitors, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Control inventory and manage budget.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Puskesmas.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets the needs and expectations of patients and visitors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for food service establishments.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
