📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations to understand customer needs and preferences.,Presenting products and services effectively to potential customers.,Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.,Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective goals.,Continuously monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
