Bidang Bimo Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Blitar, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. This role is crucial in supporting our dental clinic's supply chain and ensuring that our products are available when needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels and orders.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they understand and follow company policies and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
