📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring the bakery runs efficiently.,Oversee the preparation and baking of bread and pastries, ensuring high-quality standards.,Manage and train a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.,Support the supervisor in implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage and train a team of employees.,Strong knowledge of bakery operations and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional culinary training preferred.
