Cashier Staff

Sehati Dian Kebab is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling transactions, and ensuring they leave satisfied with their dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
• Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Assist in inventory management as needed
• Provide feedback to the kitchen staff on customer preferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cashier or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
