📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving telecom-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
• Use CRM systems like Zendesk and Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions.
• Assist customers with account management, including billing inquiries and plan upgrades.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile devices and network services.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest telecom trends and industry best practices.
• Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
