📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our mining and geological data systems, including GIS software like ArcGIS and database management systems like Oracle and SQL Server.
• Oversee data entry, validation, and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with mining and geological teams to gather, organize, and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain data management policies and procedures.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into our data and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data management regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, GIS, or a related field, with a focus on mining and geological data.
• Certification in GIS software like ArcGIS or database management systems like Oracle or SQL Server is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
