This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management, contributing to our commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the hospital's fleet of vehicles and equipment.,Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for all vehicles and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment when necessary.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
