📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the facilities management team, ensuring efficient and cost-effective maintenance of premium properties.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
• Manage the facilities budget, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the facilities management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities services with overall property management goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale facilities.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management software, such as ServiceMax, FacilitiNet, or similar platforms.
• Certification in facilities management, such as RICS Level 3, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry, particularly in Bali, is a plus.
