📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold kitchen equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Assist clients with equipment setup, calibration, and training.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Document all service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or related roles in the kitchen equipment industry.
• Certifications in refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields are a plus.
• Familiarity with brands like Fukushima Galilei, Sanyo, or similar is an advantage.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
