📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all fixed assets using SAP and other relevant software.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of fixed assets to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and maintain asset reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify asset needs and optimize asset utilization.
• Implement and enforce asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on asset management practices.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fixed asset management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and other asset management software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
