CV Sakti Karya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory information.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Generate and maintain accurate distribution reports for management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Experience with route optimization and fleet management software is a plus.
