📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring they are met efficiently.,Collaborate with senior management to identify and address team challenges and opportunities.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering team morale and engagement.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and events, representing the team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Proven track record of success in team leadership and development.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
