DRIFT Nusantara is a rapidly growing company in the Pandeglang region, and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and advice, and you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior accountants.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and advice,Train and mentor junior accountants to ensure high-quality work and compliance with company policies and procedures,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual results against budgeted amounts,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial filings as required by law

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian
