Crystal Go Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, customer service, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and accurately.,Monitor and maintain cash drawer levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or service industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Knowledge of POS systems and related software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,High school diploma or equivalent.
