Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.,Monitor and maintain relationships with transportation providers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of logistics activities.,Provide support and guidance to the logistics team.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
