📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding of talent.
