📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure a steady supply of products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on distribution performance and any issues encountered.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new distribution strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in distribution and logistics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus.
