Resto Vera Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality, and maintaining efficiency in our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a commitment to delivering excellent results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all products are completed on time.,Maintain high standards of quality by inspecting products and implementing corrective actions when necessary.,Train and mentor junior production operators to ensure they are up-to-date with company standards and procedures.,Manage inventory and ensure that all materials are available and properly stored.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are met and that all customer requirements are fulfilled.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure that all machinery is in good working condition.,Monitor production costs and identify areas where costs can be reduced without compromising quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing production schedules and ensuring on-time delivery.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Familiarity with production software and equipment is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.,Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
