Assistant ISPO & SHE (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil & Safety, Health, Environment)

Dhanistha Surya Nusantara is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant ISPO & SHE to join our team in Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards. As an Assistant ISPO & SHE, you will work closely with the ISPO and SHE teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our company's sustainability goals. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on our environmental, health, and safety performance, and ensuring that all our operations adhere to the relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of ISPO and SHE strategies and programs.
• Monitor and report on environmental, health, and safety performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISPO and SHE regulations and standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety documentation.
• Provide training and support to employees on ISPO and SHE matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of ISPO and SHE considerations into business operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in ISPO and SHE.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ISPO and SHE, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Certification in ISPO, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or other relevant environmental and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to ISPO and SHE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
