📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimize medication therapy and monitor drug interactions.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by verifying prescriptions, calculating dosages, and providing patient education.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications and supplies.
• Monitor and report on medication errors and adverse drug events.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and healthcare regulations.
• Provide patient education and counseling on medication use and adherence.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
• Certification as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medispan or Epic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
