📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement construction excellence strategies to enhance project performance and quality.
• Lead a team of construction professionals to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the construction team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational and industry goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
