📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Excel.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Provide support to the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain and update financial documentation and records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficient in using SAP and Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
