📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop comprehensive master plans for industrial areas, including layout designs, infrastructure, and spatial planning.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the construction phase, providing architectural guidance and support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial architecture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture or master planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
