📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on retail and office equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing, and more.
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of retail and office spaces to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to implement facility improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Provide technical support to retail staff and office employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a retail or office environment.
• Certification in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing systems (e.g., Welding, Electrical Installation, Refrigeration, or Plumbing).
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field preferred.
