As an Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Engineering store, from inventory management to logistics coordination. You'll work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure that our products are available when and where our customers need them. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating a smooth and efficient operational environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the daily operations of the Engineering store, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and quality control.
• Coordinate logistics for product delivery, including managing relationships with suppliers and couriers.
• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure that products are available when and where customers need them.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store is meeting its goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with inventory management software like Fishbowl or TradeGecko.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
