📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain high-quality hookah blends, ensuring a diverse selection of flavors and aromas.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on hookah techniques, flavors, and maintenance.
• Operate and maintain hookah equipment, including shisha pipes, charcoal, and flavorings.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with the team to create a memorable and enjoyable hookah experience for every guest.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new hookah techniques to offer innovative and exciting options.
• Promote our hookah lounge and its unique offerings to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hookah industry, preferably in a high-end or boutique setting.
• Deep knowledge of hookah culture, flavors, and techniques, with a passion for sharing this expertise with others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests effectively.
• Familiarity with hookah equipment, including shisha pipes, charcoal, and flavorings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Experience in working in a team environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
