As a GRC Executive at Beez Fintech, you’ll be responsible for developing and enforcing policies that protect our customers and our company. You’ll leverage tools like SAP GRC and ISO 27001 to streamline our compliance processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across IT systems and processes.
• Oversee the implementation of SAP GRC solutions to enhance our compliance management.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 standards.
• Lead the development of policies and procedures to protect customer data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance to IT teams on governance, risk, and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to address compliance challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, with a focus on fintech or digital financial services.
• Certifications in IT governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., CISA, CISM, CGEIT).
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC and other compliance management tools.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 and other relevant compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
