In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and submitting customs declarations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations and tariff classifications.
• Monitor and manage the customs clearance process, from documentation to final approval.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with changes in customs laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of customs reports and analyses.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs operations or a related role.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel for customs operations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Valid customs clearance certificate or equivalent is a plus.
