📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily parking operations, including staff scheduling, vehicle tracking, and customer service.
• Implement and maintain efficient parking management systems using tools like ParkMobile or similar software.
• Monitor parking space availability and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Train and develop parking attendants to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all parking operations adhere to local regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in parking operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing parking services using software like ParkMobile.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in parking management or a related field is a plus.
