📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage accurate cost estimates for interior design projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to project managers and clients.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and contributions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor in the construction or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
