📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Utilize HR tools such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday to streamline HR processes.
• Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor employee turnover rates and implement strategies to reduce attrition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational development.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
