📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed interior design plans and proposals
• Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create accurate and visually appealing design drawings
• Conduct cost estimations and material take-offs to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to secure materials and services at competitive prices
• Present design concepts and cost estimates to clients, ensuring clear communication of project details
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the interior design industry
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the design process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design and estimation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong understanding of construction materials, finishes, and cost estimation techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for design
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali
