📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and employee payments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the HR team during payroll processing and related activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, or similar.
• Certification in HR or payroll management is a plus.
